JOB SCOPE

The Lime Multiplexer is a lime dispenser equipment used to balance pH in businesses.
The equipment, manufactured in three sections, is detailed as follows:
1. Upper feeding tank - 157 L
2. Location tanks - 13 L each
3. Bypass return tank - 70 L
The Multiplexer equipment features an automation system that operates pneumatically controlled lime feedings to each location with dedicated feeding tanks based on pH data signals from 8 separate locations. It can operate automatically, halting when needed, and can also be manually activated upon request. All lime tanks within the equipment are equipped with a washing system, allowing easy cleaning during maintenance and in case of potential blockages.
The entire steel structure manufacturing, assembly, electrical automation, and testing procedures of the Lime Multiplexer system are carried out by Çolakoğlu Machine. Design and detailing work are performed according to desired capacity and standards.
