SCOPE OF WORK

The Screening Washing System is a washing equipment used for washing hazelnut screens at Ferrero Hazelnut Inc.
Within the project scope, the equipment includes a washing tank, a 6-section screen carriage, an automatic control unit, an electric winch, a supporting steel structure, a 4-ton 4-movement crane, a steam generator, a condensate tank, a water softening unit, pneumatic systems, and a serpentine system. The entire process of design, analysis, manufacturing, assembly, installation, piping, and commissioning of the system has been provided.
The Screening Washing System is supported by Çolakoğlu Machine in all technical matters.
